Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order
  • Once the order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

5. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped:

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details at checkout.

  • Respecti is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping information
  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, reshipping fees may apply

7. Duplicate or Suspected Fraudulent Orders

Respecti reserves the right to:

  • Cancel duplicate orders
  • Hold or cancel orders flagged for suspected fraud

In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded if applicable.
